About the product

We are a global delivery service. No matter where you are in the world, under normal circumstances, you will receive your item 7-14 days after shipment. For customized products, it takes 3-4 days to ship. Thank you for your understanding.

The work is packaged by AASSORT and follows standardized packaging procedures. Items packed in cardboard boxes (small size kits with stretch/frame) will be transported flat in sturdy and well protected cardboard boxes. We ensure that the products you purchase are shipped according to our very high standards. Your artwork will come with sufficient support in the packaging to make its journey from AASSORT to your home as safe as possible. Fix and seal tightly together.

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@aassort.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact info@aassort.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Hassle-free returns and exchanges. - Return it for a FULL refund or get a replacement just as easy as you purchase it. - We want happy customers! For any reason, if you do not like the received kit or artwork, you can return it intact within 30 days of receipt. Please contact info@aassort.com .

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.For PayPal account holders,up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal accountFor credit card refunds.between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

AASSORT currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Mesonart also accepts payments made through PayPal. I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do? You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4) Click Continue to return to AASSORT. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Mesonart.
