1. Delivery Times
Carrier & Transit: For smaller items, we ship via YunExpress. Medium and large items are shipped via UPS and DHL. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
Order Processing:
In-stock items: shipped within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
Customized items: shipped within 5–7 business days after payment clears.
Total Timeframe: From order placement to delivery, allow approximately 8–15 business days (remote areas may vary), depending on your location.
Cut-off Times & Holidays: Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day will enter processing the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Customs Clearance: We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your artwork clears customs smoothly. While we strive to minimize delays, unforeseen hold-ups due to inspections or public-health measures may occur. If we learn of any significant issue, we’ll notify you right away.
2. Duties & Taxes
Duties Covered: We want your experience to be worry-free. Aassort covers any applicable import duties and taxes that may be charged by customs for your order.
No Hidden Costs: The price you pay at checkout is the total cost. In the unlikely event that the carrier asks for additional payment upon delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve it for you.
3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship to most places worldwide, including Alaska.
Exceptions & PO Boxes:
Note: PO Boxes are strictly prohibited for medium and large items shipped via UPS/DHL. Please provide a physical street address.
U.S. remote areas: Hawaii; U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam)
Restricted countries/regions: Afghanistan, Syria, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, and certain remote islands and territories.

4. Shipping Rates & Order Minimums
No minimum order quantity: Orders of any size—even a single item—can be shipped.
Free Shipping: All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, with duties and taxes covered by us.
Standard shipping: For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (duties are still covered by us).
5. Packaging & Protection We use professional-grade packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition:
Small items: Packed in sturdy, reinforced cardboard boxes.
Large/Oversized items: Packed in custom-built wooden crates to provide maximum protection during transit.
6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. Track your package on our website (top banner at www.aassort.com) or directly on the carrier’s site.
7. Signature Requirements Signature is required upon delivery to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If no one is available, the carrier will attempt a re-delivery or leave notice instructions.
8. Address Changes
Before shipment: Contact customer service at info@aassort.com or +852 5749 7959 to update your address.
After shipment: Address changes may incur additional fees and are subject to the carrier’s approval. Please contact us immediately; we’ll do our best to assist.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact customer service within 7 business days of the delivery date. We’ll guide you through filing a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Insurance All shipments are fully insured from our facility to your doorstep—no hidden fees.
11. Returns & Refunds
Return window: You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Return shipping costs:
If the product is damaged or incorrect, Aassort covers return shipping.
If you simply change your mind, return shipping is your responsibility. Please note that international return shipping costs can be substantial. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
Refund processing: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
12. Multiple & Gift Orders
Multiple pieces: normally arrive together under one tracking number.
Gifts or alternate recipients: specify the recipient’s name, address, and any desired delivery date in the “Order Notes” at checkout. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!
