• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Aassort will cover approved return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related return costs.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify under applicable law.
• Returned items must be unused and sent back in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Each artwork is made to order and normally requires 3–5 business days for production after payment is confirmed.

Once production is complete, your artwork will be shipped through an international carrier. Shipping normally takes 7–10 business days. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 10–15 business days. Remote destinations or customs inspections may require additional time.

Free worldwide shipping is available to destinations currently served by Aassort, with applicable import duties and taxes covered by Aassort.
